Defibrillators are now readily available to the public everywhere we go – attached to community centres, village halls and very soon schools. This short course teaches the essential skills required to perform cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and to use Automated External Defibrillator (AED) equipment when necessary. It gives individuals the confidence to know what to do in this kind of emergency.
Who is it for?
This course is designed for any individuals wishing to acquire the knowledge that would allow them to take charge of an emergency situation involving a cardiac arrest. It would be useful to those in the workplace, volunteering at an event and in everyday life. No previous first aid knowledge is necessary to attend this course.
Certificate
On successful completion of this course, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance from Tyro Training.

This course is delivered over 3 hours.
