• Our Work Based Learning Department has a team of expert Advisers who will guide you from initial enquiry, through to recruitment and eventual achievement of your Apprenticeship.

• They will support you with advice on general employment and Apprentice conditions and visit you for review meetings every 12 weeks.

NVQ Diplomas and Certificates

Tyro accesses a variety of funding options which can provide funding towards a wide range of training.

• Tyro undertakes a number of projects that provide specific subsidised support

• Support can fund up to 100% of the cost of a wide range of training, dependent on current funding windows and eligibility

Your eligible employees can gain recognised vocational, numeracy or literacy qualifications and it won’t cost you a penny. You could even be reimbursed for the time they spend being trained.

Funding may pay for employees to undertake recognised qualifications at a time and place that suits you, ie in the workplace. You can sign up as many of your employees as you like for training in skills directly related to their role.

Tyro provides a range of National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ Certificates and Diplomas) relevant to many business functions, which can often be funded via Train to Gain provided candidates meet relevant eligibility criteria.

Skills for life are available in both numeracy and literacy.
