This practical course provides a structured approach to enable people to plan and deliver effective training sessions.

This course is for those people who want to develop practical skills for training others in the workplace and on-the-job who have not previously completed any formal training on how to do this. It is also ideal for first-time trainers who need to understand the basics of training skills and practice or those looking to refine their techniques.

There are no recommended prior learning requirements for this qualification.
