BCS Level 1 ITQ Award in IT User Skills (ECDL Essentials)

This course is a level 1 qualification and has been designed to give users a basic introduction to computing with relevant skills in using the basic tools required for an IT user.

Candidates who complete his qualification will obtain an ECDL Essentials certificate which will also be a level 1 award qualification. (9 credits)

Course Content

• IT User Fundamentals (3 credits)
• Using the Email and the Internet (5 credits)
• Security for IT Users (1 credit)

This course runs as workshops on Tuesday 9.30am to 1.00pm & 5.30pm to 9.00pm.
