This refresher course covers all the main topics covered in the Level 2 Award in Food Safety. The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health recommends that food handlers update their training every three years.
This course provides the candidate with an opportunity to refresh their knowledge of food safety and to inform them of any changes that have taken place in food hygiene practices or legislation since they last attended a course.

Candidates should have already achieved certification at Level 2.
