This course should enables business owners and managers of the food manufacturing sector to develop a food safety management system.
The Level 3 Award in HACCP for Food Manufacturing is a training programme designed to ensure candidates develop the requisite knowledge and practical skills to implement a HACCP plan in their workplace.
This course is a sector specific qualification for those working in food manufacturing premises which may include primary food production or processed food products.
Prerequisites
CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety or equivalent is strongly recommended. Candidates must have an understanding and background in a food manufacturing setting.
