Our training needs analysis meeting will help identify the key skills required by your staff to enable your organisation's full potential and vision to be achieved, without the pressure of a sales orientated meeting.

There is no charge for commitment to this service.

Our friendly and experienced Business Development Adviser will take you through a series of questions to highlight the skills which your staff will need to develop.

From this analysis, the Business Development Adviser will then put together a series of development options for you and your organisation, highlighting, where available, any funding alternatives which might be used to offset the cost of training. You may then adopt this as your 'training plan' and use the information to build your staff capabilities into the future. This training plan may also be a useful starting point should your organisation wish to consider applying for the Investors in People standard.
