This qualification prepares you for further training and to support a role where you may give initial information, advice or guidance.

This qualification is designed for those working of looking to work in a range of roles where the provision of information, advice or guidance is a requirement. Careers advisors, counsellors, learning support workers or customer service advisors may find this qualification of particular benefit.
On successful completion of this course, you will receive an NCFE CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Information, Advice or Guidance.
This course is delivered over a number of months via distance learning.
