Who is it for?
This course is designed for working in nursing and residential care homes, those working in domiciliary care and within hospitals who are new to care or have little experience with end of life care and death
On successful completion of this course, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance from Tyro Training
This course is delivered over ½ day

- Last rites and rituals surrounding death
- Care of the person who has died
- Procedures to be followed – who to notify etc.
- How to break bad news
- How to deal with your own emotions
- Reflective practice
